This property is a 3 bed 1 bath. Investor purchase property to rent out to a potential tenant. To increase his cash flow Flowers and Associates suggested that using our shared independent program, our client would be able to obtain 3 times the market rent appose to using just 1 tenant.
Also the rent would filter through one of our non-profit organizations partners to insure rental payments to the client. The program was a good fit for the client. The first phase of this program is in process now beginning with evaluation video.
