This is a case where Flowers and Associates was trying to meet the demand of New Tenants needing a place to live. Currently we were experiencing 100% occupancy and having no place to house new tenants. Acquisitions made a call to one of our investors to see if any properties he may have owned was currently empty, and that it had to be almost move in ready. Fortunately the investor had something that needed a  little work but could meet our dead line.

It was a 5 bed 2 bath that needed repainting, floors done and furniture installment in 72 hours before inspection. View the video’s below to see how it unfolds.
