This property was purchase with very few repairs. 3 bed 1 bath property that was perfect for either a single family that was under the veteran service program or either shared living under the same program. It was decided to go with maximum income of shared living by renting to 3 veterans that paid individual rent. This would include the utilities and furniture.

In order to pull this off we had to give this property a move-in ready look with all the fixings. This means beds made up, functional appliances, pictures on the walls and greenery. This will give the inspectors from  non-profit organization something to approve quickly without hassle while giving the new tenants the wow factor.
