When she was starting out, Melissa took the same class more than once because of what she learned from the other students, as well as the teacher. Are you willing to invest that kind of time into knowledge gathering? You should be.

Networking Needs to Be Done in Person

If you’re an introvert, start small. Join the chamber. Take a class at NARPM. Learn to introduce a colleague without having a panic attack. Visit a realtor’s open house. Remember, you believe in what you do, otherwise you wouldn’t be doing it.

Stick to Systems that Stick

It’s your lucky day, because Melissa is willing to share some of the forms she uses to keep her systems tight. There’s a time and place for paper and pens. It’s not always about being digital (gasp!).
